I do not know if this product was a factory second, or reject but I am very put out and will NEVER buy another item from this vendor. One never charged at all and the other worked for a while only now it has "noise" in it. I will not recommend this vendor as the return policy is a pain.Thank you for allowing me to vent.Sarah Beth De Ment I have had three previous older models of this bluetooth and the only problem has been misplacing them. I wish I had never purchased these two. To return the faulty bluetooths would be difficult for me as I am currently recovering from total hip replacement and am still recovering.
But it's a lot more _comfortabe_ than other Jabra, Motorola, or Samsung models I've owned. And that's why I am about to buy another one. Their ability to hold the connection is spotty: placing the phone on the opposite side of the body from the headphone sometimes results in inferior connection. They also don't suffer from too much echo and have a decent sound quality. Why do I keep coming back to them. I had 3 of these headsets so far, bought one after another as I lost or flooded or otherwise destroyed the ones I had. Simple: they are adjustable and fit very well on my ear. It's not the smallest of the Jabra phones and it's not the lightest or with the longest charge holding ability.
I've had 2 of these and both stopped charging after about a month. warranty is expired now and its not worth replacing anyways.
The prior one was a Motorola and it had the same problem. I then have to shut the phone off and restart to get it to connect properly. I've had problems with this product being dropped from my Samsung Gravity. I will try to make or receive a call and it will not connect. I think it may be the Gravity's fault since this is the second one I've had in 2 months.
purchased march 10,2009. My jabra did not work. stopped working about a week ago.Did not last a month.
